Quick to bake healthy, tasty and nutritional flourless muffins

  • 170 g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 15 g pecan nuts for topping
  • 15 g chocolate drops for topping
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all the ingredients (except the topping ones) in a food processor.

  2. Spray your muffin tin with some oil (or cooking spray). Place the mixture into the muffin tin and top with pecan nuts and chocolate drops (I used the dairy free by Plamil).

  3. Place the tin into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Let your muffins rest for 10 minutes before serving.
